✅ Cinematography & On-Set Roles Get hands-on training with camera gear, lighting setups, and directing fundamentals. Learn what it takes to bring a story to life on screen.

Event Summary:
Free Royalty Academy is a two-day traveling creative course designed to empower aspiring artists, filmmakers, performers, and storytellers of all ages (6+). The Academy will tour city to city, offering hands-on instruction from industry professionals in acting, cinematography, directing, and more.
Every participant will receive a Professional Headshot, along with customized course materials, including literary guides, tools, and take-home resources based on the classes they select. Whether you're exploring your talents or building your portfolio, Free Royalty Academy is your chance to learn, grow, and shine in a creative, supportive space.

FILMMAKING PROGRAM - 2 DAY COURSE CURRICULUM
Each course at Free Royalty Academy is designed to provide hands-on training with 21st-century filmmaking equipment, ensuring students are industry-ready with the latest tools and techniques in modern storytelling.

Our Storytelling Scholarship is designed to provide aspiring young storytellers with the opportunity to experience our two-day creative workshop, helping them hone their craft in acting, filmmaking, directing, and more. Whether through words or film, stories are what connect us, and we want to hear your story.
This scholarship is open to kids aged 6+ who want to participate in our Free Royalty Academy creative experience. To qualify, applicants need to share what it's like to be a storyteller—either through a short essay or a video. We’re looking for the best submissions that embody the spirit of creativity, expression, and the impact of storytelling.

We are excited to offer sponsorship opportunities for individuals, businesses, and organizations looking to support young, aspiring artists, filmmakers, performers, and storytellers. Your sponsorship will directly help kids attend the Free Royalty Academy, a creative experience where they will receive hands-on instruction in acting, filmmaking, storytelling, and more!
There are three sponsorship tiers: $50, $100, and $250, each designed to offer different levels of recognition and rewards. Your support will give kids the chance to grow and develop their skills, and you'll receive a set of rewards as a token of our appreciation.

The Free Royalty Academy management team will oversee all logistics to ensure a seamless experience in each city. They will confirm and secure event locations, coordinate space setup, and manage permits or rental needs. The team will also handle student pre-registrations and full registrations through our website, track enrollment numbers, and close slots once capacity is reached. Additionally, they will reach out to local organizations and community leaders to identify scholarship recipients, provide sponsorship information to interested students, and connect families with resources to help cover registration costs. From start to finish, the management team is dedicated to making this experience accessible, organized, and impactful for every participant.

FILMMAKING COURSE FOR ALL AGES
Free Royalty Academy offers exciting and immersive Filmmaking Workshops designed specifically for kids and teens who are passionate about storytelling and filmmaking. These hands-on workshops introduce young creators to the fundamentals of directing, cinematography, screenwriting, and editing in a fun and engaging environment. Students will learn how to operate cameras, set up lighting, write scripts, and edit their own short films using industry-standard tools—but in a simplified, age-appropriate format. Through collaborative projects and real-world exercises, young filmmakers will gain confidence, creativity, and technical skills, preparing them for future success in the world of film and media.
